Performance
The LandColt Trading Real Estate Model® follows a disciplined approach, which can never deviate from the inputs given when providing the daily suggested trade. The Model's trade is derived from a calculated formula focusing on the trading pattern in the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index (DJUSRE) and the advance/decline ratio of the S&P 500.

The 3 no-load mutual funds used in the LandColt Trading Real Estate Model® are as follows: ProFunds Real Estate UltraSector Fund (REPIX) ProFunds Short Real Estate Fund (SRPIX) ProFunds U.S. Government Plus (GVPIX) There are no restrictions on the size and frequency of trades and no transaction fees when investing in the ProFunds investments, as part of the LandColt Trading Real Estate Model®. The frequent exchanges permitted can decrease performance, increase expenses and incur tax consequences. All ProFunds permit active investment strategies, which can decrease performance and increase expenses. In addition, it is important to note that some ProFunds are not suitable for all investors, because of aggressive investment techniques many of the funds employ. The Model trades only three no-load mutual funds, which permit frequent trading without penalty. The Long position of the Model is always held in the ProFunds Real Estate UltraSector Fund, symbol REPIX. The objective of the fund is to seek daily investment results before fees and expenses, which correspond to 150%, of the daily performance on the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index.
The Short position of the Model is always held in the ProFunds Short Real Estate Fund, symbol SRPIX. The objective of this fund seeks daily investment results before fees and expenses, which correspond to the inverse (opposite) of the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index. The Model can never have a direct shift from Long to Short, or vice versa. It will always have to spend at least one trading day in a Bridge position when the strategy shifts inside the Model. The Bridge used is the U.S. Government Plus ProFund, symbol GVPIX. The objective of the U.S. Government Plus ProFund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to 125% of the daily price movement of the most recently issued 30-year U.S. Treasury Bond (Long Bond). In accordance with its stated objective, the net asset value of the U.S. Government Plus ProFund generally should decrease as interest rates rise.
