Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations: For all LandColt Trading, LLC services: You may cancel your subscription at any time however, refunds will not be given during the first month of a subscription. Should you sign up for a multi-month or yearly membership and then choose to cancel it, the cost of your membership will be recalculated based on the monthly rate (rather than on the yearly rate) and the remaining credit, if any, will be refunded to you. For example, if you paid $1,000 for a yearly subscription on January 1 where the monthly price was $200 and you cancelled your subscription on February 28, you would receive a refund of $600. TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR TO AVOID PAYING SUBSCRIPTION FEES, YOU MUST CALL 302-827-2993 AND SPEAK TO ONE OF OUR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES OR SEND AN EMAIL TO INFO@LANDCOLTTRADING.COM.
For LandColt Trading, LLC subscribers: After you become a registered Subscriber, and after the initial subscription period of one month or one year as the case may be, LANDCOLT TRADING, LLC automatically charges your credit card each month at the then current subscription fee rate until you cancel your subscription through the subscription cancellation process on LandColtTrading.com or by calling 302-827-2993 and canceling your subscription with one of our account executives, or by simply sending an email detailing your cancellation request. Subscription fees are not refundable for the initial subscription period or for any partial month in which a subscription is cancelled.
Each subscriber is responsible for the subscription fees and any charges incurred to access LANDCOLTTRADING.COM.

When termination is requested by a Subscriber, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
You acknowledge and agree that we may terminate your password or account or deny you access to all or part of the Service without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that we, in our sole discretion, believe violate any of these Terms and Conditions, violate the rights of LANDCOLT TRADING, LLC, or is otherwise inappropriate for continued access.
You acknowledge and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, deny you access, through LANDCOLTTRADING.COM, to third party services, merchandise, materials or information on the Internet, and we shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise or information nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from lack of notification.
